Fire Station and Culture Centre

The driveway and the garage of the fire station are on the lower level and are made of concrete and steel. The access to the Culture Center – an entirely wooden construction – is on the upper floor where the event hall, the rehearsal rooms and the exhibition space of the Women's Museum are located.

Culture is represented in the modern construction of wooden elements and the integrated fire brigade is technically reflected in concrete, steel and glass. The different definitions of the front and backside of the building increase this polarization.
